He or she may also go up on the roof to check for an improper installation, missing or loose shingles and damage around the roofing vents. Roofing repairs can be pricy, so ask for a reduced price if you’re facing fixing your new house’s roof.
Are Appliances In Good Working Order?
A good inspector will check out all the appliances in the house to make sure everything is working. This typically will include any kitchen appliances that will stay such as the dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, garbage disposal and refrigerator, as well as the central heating and air systems and water heater.
